What we collect and why

  • Contact form. Your name, email address, how you heard about us, and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and keep a record of it. They are stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and are not sold or shared for marketing.
  • Race to Zero pledge. The pledge form is a Google Form operated by RTNZ PH / ECCP. Information you submit there is handled under this notice and Google’s terms.
  • Event registration. Registration links go to ECCP’s event platform (GlueUp), which has its own privacy notice.
  • Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
  • Server logs and security. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and block abuse. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam.
